I love all shades of blue, but two of my favorite colors of all are royal or cobalt blue and turquoise! Worn with pops of leopard and this might be one of my favorite outfits (besides the bad tights...wish they were more opaque or it was warm enough to go tightless).

I adore cobalt and turquoise--it was my (very stylish) grandmother's favorite combo, and it always makes me happy, because it reminds me of her. And she'd TOTALLY approve of your leopard belt, too!
